15. Soliciting Lawsuits 

I ran into [blurred] at Brandenton Motorsports Park. I hadn't seen him since he was fired. I talked to him for about 2 minutes and he said "hey, what is going on with Oksana?" I kinda laughed and asked why? He said she had gone off the deep end and was contacting him over and over over the period of a week and a half. He said she would text a couple times a day, and for the most part he ignored it as long as he could. He said she wanted him to file a suit against Fore Innovations basd on the claim of racism. She said she was going after Fore Innovations in any way shape or form. She said she would not rest till they are closed down and she wanted him in on it. He said besides letting him go, he had no hard feelings against Don or Justin. He said they always treated him fair and also that was a battle she was not going to win. He then told her to lose his number and said do not contact him anymore. I in turn relayed the message to Justin and Don. I felt they needed to know.
