17. Violation of the 4th Sacrament
June 1, 2025
Again and again, Oksana accuses others of her own actions. When we encounter someone in life who does so much wrong to others, we want to believe there is some sort of mental disorder...as it seems impossible for their character to be so corrupt. We want to believe they need help.
A normal person who has done something wrong typically wants to make it right. In other words, to reconcile our sins we seek forgiveness, make it right, and then vow not to repeat. Then we move on with a lesson learned and a clear conscience.
Oksana has her own distorted (and evil) version of reconciliation. When Oksana does something wrong, she repeats it...over and over, a clear indication of no sorrow or remorse. She knows she has done wrong, but will not admit or confess. Instead, she FALSELY accuses others of her wrongdoing and punishes them. She is the criminal, the prosecutor, the jury, the judge, the executioner...and thus, the repeat offender with a clear conscience.
In following testimonial by a former female employee of Fore Innovations, Oksana falsely accused a co-worker of sleeping around...but this is exactly what Oksana was doing. (Likewise, simply look at what Oksana accuses me.)
It was December 6th 2019 around noon Oksana yelled at Maya in the kitch[en] with the door shut, about being out of line and telling her she was going to be fired and not to tell our boss Don Fore about the conversation. Maya was traumatized to say the least. She was crying and very hurt, angry and confused. About ten minutes later Oksana stood in the assembly room and held a meeting for about 10 minutes about how each of us should not be sleeping around. I felt very disgusted; weird and what authority does she have to say this. I have never seen an employee act like this in my working career. Oksana is very emotionally abusive, inappropriate behavior, unstable. Maya feared for her life.
Here is a picture of the actual memorandum:
