4. Formal Reprimand

On Dec 6, 2019, Oksana was formally reprimanded by my father for her attacking an employee. Below is a typed transcript to enhance readability, and picture of the actual document with signatures follows. Enjoy!
Oksana, in regard to your behavior on 6 December 2019: Consider this memo (and other events I am documenting) to be an official reprimand. Quit lying to yourself. You have NO authority to reprimand any Fore Innovations employee. You are not an officer of the company and NO ONE gave you permission or authority to discipline any employee. Yet on Friday 6 December you premeditatedly attacked Maya about your alleged observations. You deliberately waited for me to leave for North Carolina before initiating your jealously driven attack. Then in your 8 December text to Anne you complained that Maya didn't lie down and let you continue to berate her and attack her character. Of course she is going to defend her character. Also, YOU initiated this attack without telling Justin of your intentions. Furthermore, Justin specifically told you to not confront Maya. This was such a non-professional action on your part. Justin and I both agree that this is the best workforce that we ever had and we need to take care of them. These people make this company profitable. Concerning the dress code: you are the biggest violator of all. Personally, I think you are the most disruptive force this company has had to experience. Yet, how much are you getting paid for being such a negative force? Forget that distinction. And Justin is so in love with you it is crazy. Your negative behavior is detrimental to his health, and thus the success of the company. You have invested nothing financially in this company. But you personally have benefitted considerably financially thanks to the workmanship and diligence of productive employees.
