20. Seagate Entertainment, LLC...Porn Company

Oksana Fore and I are joint owners of Seagate Entertainment, LLC. 50/50. The only function of Seagate Entertainment is to be the business entity that sold pornography featuring me. Oksana condemns pornography; however, she is a 50% owner of a company that produces pornography! On June 10, 2025, Oksana posted the following on Facebook, which is mostly false...my explanation below the image:

1st Sentence: "Let's get it straight, so nobody gets it twisted: Seagate Entertainment LLC is not a pornographic media business"

Actually, the only revenues ever made were from scantily clad pictures of my body...some nude.

2nd Sentence: "It is a photography and videography service that works with other businesses to capture product content"

I'll clarify: the only "product content" Seagate Entertainment "captured" with/for/from another business was to produce pictures and video of me nude, implied nude, or nearly nude. In fact, the predominant use of the camera equipment was used to take pictures of Oksana so she could pretend to be a model. (and likewise, did not produce a penny of revenue)

3rd Sentence: "I own a 50% share --"

True, and I own the other 50%. At one point, Oksana received ALL the revenues from MY content...while I paid all the expenses.

4th Sentence: "-- and yet I was completely excluded from viewing what has been written off on taxes by a scum"

Every year Seagate Entertainment operated, Oksana and I filed taxes together and she has copies. I'm not sure which scum has excluded her from reading her own tax returns.

5th Sentence: "That is absolute bullshit and a clear breach of fiduciary duty"

I agree, everything in this post is absolute bullshit (lies). I also agree the Oksana breached her fiduciary duty, as she took revenue while I did all the work.
